At WATERS, the world influences every aspect of our creativity.

Here’s what’s happening in our world – company news, press coverage and a glimpse at what we get up to behind the scenes.

This initiative was led by Rachel Hynes, our Head of Administration & Finance who has worked tirelessly to ensure that the standards required were applied right across the company.

Our aim in gaining this important business accreditation is to ensure that our internal management and operational processes are as effective as they can be to the benefit of our customers. These benefits come in the form of increased productivity and business performance together with consistency of service and improved communication.

In addition, as a business having achieved ISO9001, our clients and other organisations can be assured at all times when it comes to the consistency, effectiveness and efficiency of the Waters Creative Team. This achievement also delivers increased transparency, credibility and competitiveness in the market, which is a huge advantage when it comes to tendering.

Says Director Rachael Wheatley, “Over the past 12 months, we have developed and improved our internal processes to achieve the ISO9001 standard; and we are one of only a handful of creative design companies who have achieve this accreditation in South Wales. This achievement clearly demonstrates our commitment to quality at all levels and puts us in the ideal position to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction and business performance.
