Waters Creative announces expansion into Reading

news-icon.jpgWe are pleased to announce that as of March 2013, Waters Creative is opening a new, satellite office in the Science and Technology Centre of Reading University.

This move comes as a result of an increase in the number of customers we are continuing to gain along the M4 corridor and into Reading. The new office will be in addition to our current base in Swansea. Over the last two years, we have increased our client base by more than 15% with the creation of four new jobs in 2012 alone. We now employ nine full-time and one part-time member of staff in Swansea and will be creating a further 3 jobs in Reading within the next 12 months.

Says our Director, Rachael Wheatley, "As a graduate I worked at Reading University as a Software developer and then as a Marketing and Communication Consultant for Oracle Corporation in Thames Valley Park. I maintained these contacts when I moved back to Swansea and, when I set up Waters Creative in 2004, gained a number of clients in Reading and the surrounding area as well as those in Swansea. "My goal when setting up Waters Creative was to offer the quality and professionalism of a London agency at a cost that SME’s outside of the capital could afford. This reputation for an affordable but highly creative and innovative service has resulted in unprecedented growth over the last 10 years.

"Waters Creative was initially established in the Digital Technium building of Swansea University and this close proximity to the University and other like-minded businesses, also contributed towards our growth and development. Our aim is to expand our business in Reading by following the same business model that we successfully implemented in Swansea.

"Exciting times are ahead, so watch this space."
